Kalshi Strikes Exclusive CNBC Deal Following CNN Partnership and $1B Funding Round
Prediction markets platform Kalshi has secured a landmark partnership with CNBC, marking the first time a major financial network has integrated real-time prediction market data into its programming. The multi-year deal, commencing in 2026, will feature Kalshi's data across CNBC's television, digital, and subscription platforms, including flagship shows like 'Squawk Box' and 'Fast Money'.
The announcement follows Kalshi's recent $1 billion funding round that doubled its valuation to $11 billion, and comes just days after the platform partnered with CNN. CNBC will receive a dedicated page on Kalshi's platform showcasing markets selected by the network, while Kalshi gains unprecedented access to mainstream financial audiences.
'Prediction markets are rapidly shaping how investors and business leaders think about important events,' said CNBC President KC Sullivan. The partnership coincides with Versant Media Group's spin-off from Comcast, with separation expected to complete in early 2026.
